Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS in collaboration with Ozarks Green Building Coalition and the James River Basin Partnership planted a beautiful rain garden that features Missouri native plants on December 2, 2011. These plants require minimum maintenance, zero fertilizer, and can tolerate drought or downpours. Missouri Real Estate Commission requires 12 hours of CE (Continuing Education)every two years (even numbered years). This includes 3 hours of Core credit and 9 hours of Elective credit. Broker renewal deadline is June 30, 2012. Salesperson deadline is September 30, 2012. Watch for the GSBOR Calendar of CE for 2012 coming out soon.
